Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Healthlicious return & refund policy is simple. If you don’t like the product you have ordered just let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. We’ll be happy to send a replacement & if that is not possible then we’ll issue a refund up to Rs 500.

Refunds

It will take 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The refund is not applicable on products bought using coupon codes or during promotional events.

No refund/replacement requests can be processed after 2 days of receiving the product.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 1 day of receipt of item, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
