Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within one business day of receiving them. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

For standard shipping, orders placed before 12pm should be received within 5-7 working days across India. Local deliveries are typically fulfilled on the same day or the next day. Please be aware that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If your order is delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, we may require an additional 2 business days to process it. Additionally, orders that contain out-of-stock items may take an additional 7-15 business days to process and ship.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying the delivery cost to re-ship your order to the corrected address. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of an order if the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or a replacement shipment.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier. You will receive a notification via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information and a link to track your package online.

Delivery Information:

At healthlicious.in, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products delivered promptly and with care. We ship throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and only through reputable courier partners to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will utilize India Post or speedpost.

We strive to dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date of placement or as per the delivery date specified by you. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you during the order placement process. Our team may get in touch with you in case if we have an incomplete address or any other queries related to your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Please also get in touch with us with the complaints and mentioning your order ID. We will promptly issue a brand new replacement product at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you return the product.
